Return and Refund Policy
At Mothesty, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at loubna.lamkharrat@icloud.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges

Giftcards
1. General Policy:Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.All sales of gift cards are final.

3. Damaged Cards:If your gift card is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service within 30 days of purchase for a replacement.Proof of purchase and the damaged card must be provided.
4. Digital Gift Cards:Once a digital gift card has been sent, it cannot be canceled or returned.
5. Incorrect Recipient Information:If you provided an incorrect email address for a digital gift card, please contact customer service immediately. We cannot guarantee the recovery of the gift card.

2. Physical Gift Cards:Physical gift cards are shipped via standard shipping methods.Please allow 5-7 business days for standard delivery.Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
3. Shipping Costs:Standard shipping is free for all physical gift card orders.Expedited shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
4. International Shipping:Currently, we only ship physical gift cards within Europe.Digital gift cards can be sent to recipients with email addresses outside Europe.
5. Order Tracking:Once your physical gift card order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
6. Delivery Issues:If you have not received your physical gift card within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service.For digital gift card delivery issues, check your spam/junk folder before contacting customer service.
7. Changes to Orders:Once an order for a physical or digital gift card has been placed, changes or cancellations are not permitted.
